Request account deletion for Cash Cat Expense

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to castcatexpensecontact@gmail.com using the Google account email you use with Cash Cat Expense.
2. Use the subject line Cash Cat Expense Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your display name or the email address connected to the app so we can identify your account.

What will be deleted

• Your profile stored for the app.
• Your transactions, pockets, categories, notes, and budget data.
• App-specific preferences and uploaded profile content related to the app.

What may be kept

• Limited technical records may be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, backup recovery, or legal compliance.
• Your Google account itself is not deleted by Cash Cat Expense; it remains managed by Google.

Retention period after request

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. Some limited backup or legal records may remain for up to 30 days before final removal.

In-app option

The app currently includes a reset option for app data. If you need complete account deletion, please use the email request process on this page.
